- Refunds are granted if the plugin fails to function as described and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Free plugins or features are not eligible for refunds.
- Refunds are not provided for user errors, third-party plugin conflicts, or changes in business requirements.
- Refunds are not granted after 14 days from purchase.
